ClapBack Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClapBack ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ClapBack is an AI-powered keyboard extension that generates reply suggestions using the Anthropic Claude API. The app provides free daily reply credits, optional paid subscriptions for increased limits, and one-time credit pack purchases.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases and are non-refundable.
• Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use ClapBack to generate content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for misuse.

5. AI-Generated Content

Replies generated by the AI are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to send or post. ClapBack and its developers are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated replies.

6. Intellectual Property

ClapBack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HBB AI. The app is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HBB AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
